Bottles are sterilized, rinsed, filled with either Reverse Osmosis or Distilled water, and capped with new plastic cap each time Old bottles are recycled upon request of the customer, and replaced with new bottles with handles All bottles can be refilled Glass bottles are available for sale and refills At the store, we are more than happy to lend a hand to any customer who might want a little help carrying their order to the car
